Since 1996 Chris’s particular focus of expertise is in designing and building diagnostics and systems that align corporate behaviour with strategy and then supportindividuals and teams to deliver the strategy against quantifiable performance improvement.
Originally with a degree in systems engineering, Chris became one of the youngest CEOs in a FTSE 100 subsidiary. He has been a business angel and NED. He picked up his MBA from Cranfield as well as experimenting with the softer disciplines such as Soft Systems Modelling, NLP and various coaching models.
