Chris is a leading expert for experiential leadership development. He worked for a number of years as a Chartered Engineer in various parts of the world before gaining his MBA at Cranfield, and then embarking on a second career in business consultancy.
Since establishing TiA in 1989, Chris has worked at board level with many public and private sector clients around the globe.
Through his experiential approach to development, Chris allows leaders to explore the impact of their actions, to reflect on them and to consequently foster change.
